These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the Betshar platform, including its website, mobile experiences, content features, community tools, and related services. By accessing or using Betshar, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Betshar is a social sports community. Betshar is not a sportsbook, gambling operator, bookmaker, or wagering service. Betshar does not accept, place, transmit, or process wagers on behalf of users.
All sports picks, opinions, records, posts, subscriptions, premium content, and community interactions made available through the platform are provided for informational, entertainment, and social purposes only.
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to access or use Betshar. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Betshar may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any account believed to be operated by a person under the age of 18.
Betshar provides a social platform where users may share sports-related content, discuss picks, post opinions, interact with other users, receive tips, offer premium content, and, where made available, offer subscription-based content.
Betshar does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, legality, reliability, or profitability of any content shared by users. Content on Betshar reflects the views and actions of individual users and does not necessarily reflect the views of Betshar LLC.
You are solely responsible for your own decisions, including any betting, wagering, spending, purchasing, or risk-taking activity you choose to engage in based on content viewed on Betshar.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
Usernames and account identities may not:
Betshar reserves the right to remove, reclaim, restrict, or require modification of usernames that violate these Terms or that create confusion, impersonation, legal risk, or brand misuse.
Betshar may allow eligible users to receive tips, offer premium content, and provide subscription-based content now or in the future. Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers such as Stripe.
Betshar may remove, restrict, suspend, or terminate access to monetization tools for any user who engages in fraud, scams, deceptive conduct, misleading claims, abusive chargeback behavior, fake records, fake slips, or other conduct that Betshar determines undermines platform trust or user safety.
Third-party payment processors may impose their own terms, fees, restrictions, and eligibility requirements, and your use of those services may also be subject to separate agreements with them.
Refunds, if any, are determined on a case-by-case basis. Betshar does not guarantee refunds for tips, premium content purchases, subscriptions, or other paid features.
Chargeback abuse, payment fraud, or attempts to wrongfully reverse valid charges may result in suspension or termination of your account, removal of content, restriction of platform features, and any other action Betshar considers appropriate.
The following content and conduct are prohibited on Betshar:
Betshar reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove any content or restrict any behavior it considers harmful, unlawful, deceptive, unsafe, disruptive, or inconsistent with the purpose of the platform.
Betshar may, at any time and in its sole discretion, suspend accounts, ban accounts, remove content, delete fake accounts, terminate repeat violators, and take action without prior notice where the conduct is serious, harmful, unlawful, fraudulent, or threatens platform integrity or user safety.
Access to Betshar may be revoked immediately for violations of these Terms.
Betting slips or similar time-sensitive content may automatically expire, be removed, or become unavailable after a set period of time. Normal posts may remain on the platform unless deleted by the user or removed by Betshar.
Betshar is not required to store, preserve, recover, or provide access to deleted, expired, removed, or unavailable content indefinitely.
Betshar LLC and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Betshar platform, including the Betshar name, logos, design elements, branding, code, interface layout, trade dress, visual presentation, trademarks, and related intellectual property.
Except as expressly permitted by Betshar in writing, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, scrape, republish, reverse engineer, or exploit any portion of the platform or its protected materials.
You retain ownership of the content you create and post on Betshar. However, by submitting, posting, displaying, or otherwise making content available on the platform, you grant Betshar LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, format, and promote that content solely for purposes of operating, improving, marketing, and providing the Betshar platform.
This license permits Betshar to display your public content within the app and in promotional materials related to the platform, subject to applicable law.
You may not use Betshar to scrape data, create accounts automatically, operate bots, reverse engineer platform functionality, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with normal operation, overload the platform, or engage in any hacking or abusive technical behavior.
Betshar may investigate and take legal or technical action against platform abuse, including account restrictions, bans, access blocks, or referral to law enforcement.
Betshar is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Betshar LLC does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, accurate, or available at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Betshar LLC and its affiliates, officers, members, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, opportunities, or betting-related losses arising out of or related to your access to or use of Betshar.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Betshar complies with all laws, regulations, and rules applicable in your jurisdiction. Laws relating to sports betting, paid picks, gambling-related content, subscriptions, and online services vary by location.
Betshar does not represent that the platform, or any feature made available through it, is lawful in every jurisdiction.
Betshar may revise or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms become effective when posted unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of Betshar after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Betshar LLC, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of Betshar shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction.
