• We do not guarantee outcomes, accuracy, or legitimacy of slips posted by users.

5. User Content

• By posting content, you grant Betshar a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and display it to operate the Site.
• Prohibited: fraudulent/misleading content, harassment, discrimination, unlawful activity, or manipulation of records/payouts.

7. Disputes & Resolution

1. Try to resolve disputes privately first.
2. If unresolved, escalate to Betshar with supporting evidence; our determination is final within the platform.

8. Prohibited Uses

• Unlawful activity, impersonation, attempts to hack/disrupt, or abuse of platform features.

9. Liability & Disclaimers

Betshar is not a gambling operator. We provide a social platform. We do not warrant profits, winnings, or outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Betshar is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site.

10. Termination
